Refund policy
Domestic Orders — Egypt
For domestic orders within Egypt, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customers may request a refund or exchange for a different size or another item.
- Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items to us.
- Our courier will collect the item for refunds or exchanges within 7–10 working days.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached.

1. Your Order #
2. The Item you would like to exchange or return
3. The new item/size you would like to receive instead
